Enroll/Cost

All full-time, degree-seeking learners enrolled in at least one in-person course are required to maintain adequate health insurance to protect against unexpected accidents and illnesses. Most of these learners are automatically enrolled in the university-sponsored student health insurance plan, and the premium is charged to their student account—unless they provide proof of comparable coverage and are approved for a waiver.

To Remove yourself or your dependent from coverage due to a Qualified Life Event:
 
Click the button below to request cancellation of coverage for one of the following reasons:

• You experienced a Qualified Life Event*
• Dependent experienced a Qualified Life Event*
• Cancel Waiver** – You previously waived coverage but changed your mind

*All requests to remove coverage due to a QLEs must be submitted within 31 days of the event date.
**All requests to cancel a waiver must be submitted within your 31 day enrollment period.
